How does CIRRUSbox work?

We’ll need to know your tastes and preferences to make sure we are delivering the most personally customized box possible. Feel free to get picky! When it comes to ejuices, we sure are.

Choose your Package
We don’t all use the same amount of eliquid each month. Choose the package that’s right for you but don’t worry, you can always change it later.

Get your CIRRUSbox
Once your account has been created our expert curators will get to work on building the best box according to your profile. Your first order will be shipped within a week.

Can I suspend my account?

Yes! We understand you may have plenty of juice, or there may be financial issue with getting your box this month. You can suspend your account indefinitely and start up again whenever you are ready. Manage your account from the “My Account” tab. You can suspend your account there.

Can I cancel the service whenever I want?

Yes. We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel at anytime from the “My Account” page. Consider an account suspension instead, you can always come back and get another box whenever you feel like it.

What if I just want one box?

You can place your order and then suspend your account from the “My Account” page.

When do I get my box?

We try to ship all boxes within 7 business days of the first order.

Can I return and exchange a bottle of ejuice I do not like?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on e-liquids due to security, health, and safety concerns. If you have had an issue with the juices you’ve received please email CIRRUSbox at support@cirrusbox.com and we will work with you to better understand your preferences.

Can I track my box after I order?

Yes! Once your box has been shipped you will automatically receive an email providing you with the details of the shipment. Once en route, you will be able to track your CIRRUSbox by using the tracking number provided in the email. If you have filled your first order and haven’t received a tracking number within a week you can email us at support@cirrusbox.com to get an update.

Where can I update my profile?

Once you are signed in you can update all of your preferences on the bottom of the “My Account” page. Make sure that you submit your changes.

How can I get more or less ejuice in each package?

Once you are signed into your account you can change your subscription from the “My Account” page and choose “view” next to your subscription. On the next page you will have the option to “switch subscription.” You can make the necessary changes on the next page and make sure you complete the process at the bottom.

I have a question about my order. Who should I contact?

You can access all previous orders and account information from your “My Account” page. Additionally, CIRRUSbox is always here to help answer your questions or update your account. Shoot us an email at support@cirrusbox.com.

How can I get CIRRUSbox to carry my e-juice line?

Every ejuice offered is sent through an extensive testing process by our curators. If you feel your brand is up to par we’d be more than happy to test your juice and see if you’d be a good fit. You can email us at vendors@cirrusbox.com for more information.
